An Ion Grid is ideal for elimination of dirt/dust within (Class 100) clean rooms or clean benches. The system operates using a versatile, metal grid that mounts easily at the air exit side of a HEPA filter emitting ions over a large area. The stainless steel grid provides laminar flow of ionized air neutralizing static electricity distributing positive and negative ions over an entire room evenly.
Cold-to-the-touch stainless steel ion emitting coronas provide safety and deliver a consistent neutralization range up to 10 feet away from the ionizer. The intrinsically safe system complies with FCC regulations, Part 15; Class A, OSHA standard 1910.000 and UL-867. Shielded and grounded design eliminates RF signal, noise, sparks
The grid systems are available in sizes from 2 feet x 3 feet up to 2 feet x 6 feet (60 x 60cm to 60 x 120 cm) and can be used in tandem. A 5kv ion generator powers multiple grids, offers low current draw and does not produce ozone.
